| Exchange Disseminated Time | | IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited (TFCI) u/s 169 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, was held on January 17, 2011, in terms of the order dated January 14, 2011 of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi permitting IFCI Ltd. to convene the EGM of TFCI.
