| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2014.
Further, the Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for providing e-voting facilities to its members to enable them to exercise their right to vote at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The e-voting rights of the member/beneficial owners shall be reckoned in proportion to the equity shares held by them in the Company as on August 23, 2014 being cut off date fixed for this purpose. |
