| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Hindustan Zinc Ltd with respect to news appearing in DNA on January 15, 2015 titled "Vedanta chief agarwal expects to buy HZL, Balco stakes soon."
Hindustan Zinc Ltd replied stating "It is to inform that the media reports your email refers to were written on the basis of an interview by the Press Trust of India with our Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Anil Agarwal.
Further HZL has no comments to give because it is the target Company and the deal, if any, will be between two shareholders of the Company." |
