| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that the Issue and Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, inter alia, has pursuant to Section 42, 71 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made there under and approval of the Shareholders of the Company obtained vide postal ballot process on March 25, 2015, issued and allotted 650 (Six Hundred Fifty) numbers of Rated, Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs only) each, for cash, aggregating to Rs. 65,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Crores only), on the terms and conditions contained in the Information Memorandum dated March 30, 2015 on private placement basis. |
