| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 31, 2005, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2005, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Jai R Shroff as Director of the Company, who retires by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s S V Ghatalia & Associates, as Auditors of the Company. |
