| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 29, 2011 has appointed Mr. Kenneth Lever, Executive Director and Vice Chairman as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from July 29, 2011. The Board has also appointed Mr. David Bauernfeind as Executive Director of the Company with effect from July 29, 2011.
Further, Mr. Darren Fisher, Whole Time Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of our Company with effect from July 29, 2011 which has been accepted by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 29, 2011.
The current composition of the Board of Directors of the Company is as follows:
