| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors approved the allotment of 1,250 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the “Debentures”) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 125 Crores on a private placement basis on May 8, 2015
The Company had earlier issued 23,550 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs. 2,355 Crores. With the aforesaid allotment the Company has as of date issued and allotted 24,800 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,480 Crores. |
