| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravinay Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2013, has decided the following:
1. Approved and finalized the Notice of Postal Ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for the following matters:
- Change in name of Company from RAVINAY TRADING CO LTD to "NYSSA CORPORATION LIMITED as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
- Amendment in the Object Clause(s) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
- Authorized Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Director of the Company to oversee the entire Postal Ballot Process;
2. Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the Postal Ballot process and to submit the Report to the Board of Directors for declaration of the results. |
