1. Appointment of Mr. D. L. Mittal as Director (PNB, Nominee) of the Company in place of Mr. S. K. Wadhwa (PNB, Nominee).
2. Adoption of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) effective from December 01, 2015 and authorized Mr. Gaurav Goel, Managing Director to sign Uniform Listing Agreement to be submitted with Stock Exchanges and execution of other necessary documents as may be required. |
