| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2015 12:08:25 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 02, 2015 regarding the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 25, 2015 to November 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th AGM.
DCM Financial Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the above said book closure is withdrawn and book closure intimated earlier i.e. from October 22, 2015 to October 29, 2015 for the ensuing AGM will remain effective. However the record date will remain as November 24, 2015 for the evoting purpose. |
