With reference to our letter Ref. No.: RJL/S&L/2017/114 dated October 18, 2017 regarding Notice of Postal Ballot, based on Report of the Scrutinizer we wish to inform you that all resolutions in the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 13, 2017 have been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority.

In compliance with Section 110 of Companies Act, 2013 read with 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, we are enclosing herewith the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer, in respect of e-voting and voting through Ballot Papers done on the Special Resolutions contained in Postal Ballot Notice.

Also, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing herewith the details of voting results of the Postal Ballot.
