T ) to transact the business as detailed in the Notice which has been sent to the Members along with the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statement for the year ended the 31st March 2017.
Further pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed there under, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September 2017 to Saturday, 30th September 2017, inclusive of both days.
