1. Adoption of Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
2. Lt. Gen D B Singh has been re-appointed as Directors of the Company.
3. Lovelock & Lewes has been re-appointed as Auditors of the Company.
4. Mr K Vaidyanath has not been re-elected as a Director of the Company.
5. Approval of Employee Stock Option Plan, resolution carried by 3/4th Majority.
6. Mr. Arvind Ahuja has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company effective from July 30, 2006. |
