| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following businesses amongst others:-
1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the three months ended December 31, 2013.
Further, the Company also informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from February 04, 2014 to February 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
