| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ind Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, has restructured the Board as follows:
1. Sh. S R Mehta has been nominated as the Chairman of the Company
2. Sh. N R Munjal has been nominated as Vice—Chairman of the Company.
3. Dr. Gopal Munjal has been nominated as the CEO & Managing Director of the Company.
4. Dr. V R Mehta Has been nominated as Jt Managing Director of the Company.
All these changes will come into effect on new financial year commencing on April 01, 2008. |
