| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tide Water Oil India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the following resolutions, with requisite majority.
1. The Special Resolution under Section 17(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 relating to alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting new sub - clauses 'za', 'zb' and 'zc' respectively after the existing sub - clause 'z' in Clause 3.
2. The Special Resolution under Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 relating to commencement of new businesses as specified in sub - clauses 'za', 'zb' and 'zc' of Clause 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. |
