| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/06/2016 11:50:05 | MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV has received on June 27, 2016 the Letter of Award ('LOA') dated June 25, 2016 from NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) for the following Project:
Four Laning of Mahuva to Kagavadar of NH-8E from Km. 100.100 to Km. 139.915 (Design Chainage from Km. 100.450 to Km. 140.470) (Package III) in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NHDP Phase IV
Key highlights of the Project are as under:
i) Construction Period: 2.5 years from the Appointed Date.
ii) Concession Period: 15 years (excluding Construction Period of 2.5 years).
iii) The Bid Project Cost is Rs. 604.68 Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Four Crores and Sixty Eight Lacs) and O&M Bid is Rs. 8.46 Crores (Rupees Eight Crores and Forty Six Lacs) for the First Year.
iv) The Company will receive Bi-Annual Annuity from NHAI post Commercial Operation Date (COD).
Further, MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction Pvt. Ltd. - JV, Hybrid Annuity order book stands at Rs. 3,836.99 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Six Crores and Ninety Nine Lacs) to be executed over the next 3 years (from the Appointed Date). |
