Further, the Company is providing to its Members, facility to exercise their right to vote on resolutions proposed to be passed at the 33rd AGM by electronic means. The voting period commences from Saturday, September 02, 2017 at 9.00 a.m to Monday, September 04, 2017 till 5.00 p.m. Only the shareholder, whose name is recorded in the register of Members or in register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut off date, i.e., Tuesday, August 29, 2017, shall be entitled to avail e-voting facility.
