| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide a circular resolution dated November 04, 2011 has, inter alia, considered the appointment of Mr. Anil Goenka, a Chartered Accountant, as an Alternate Director to Mr. R. S. Jhawar, Director, on the Board of the Company pursuant to Section 313 of the Companies Act, 1956.
The said appointment was approved on November 10, 2011 when the Company received the consent from majority of the Directors in terms of Section 289 of the Companies Act, 1956 and accordingly the appointment is said to be made as on November 10, 2011. |
