2. To conduct Postal Ballot under Section 192A - to amend the other object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Appointed Mr. P. S. RAO, Practicing Company Secretary, Hyderabad as Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot for the above matters.
4. Approved the Calendar of events for postal ballot.
