| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 17:08:49 | Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further informed that in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will continue to submit quarterly / year-to date consolidated financial results in the first quarter of FY 2016-17 and will not change during the financial year.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading'' of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons from July 29, 2016 to August 07, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. |
