1. Recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 0.05 (i.e. 5%) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2016.
2. Approved Appointment of Ms. Ami Naresh Shah as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. March 22, 2016 and re-designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 30, 2016.
