| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Economic Times on December 25, 2014 titled "Premji Shores up Biyani's Future with Rs. 175 cr. Cash."
Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd replied stating "Please note, that this is a transaction at promoter’s level. As this is a transaction related to fund raising at promoters' company, the Company is not required to make any disclosure. As informed in our earlier correspondence, we have been following a consistent corporate governance policy of informing the shareholders with right information but refrain from commenting on any such news items, to avoid any speculative activity. With regard to the aforesaid news item, we once again confirm that the transaction with Premji is not with Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd and hence we do not have any matter or information to be disclosed." |
