| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/11/2015 19:52:06 | TRF Ltd has informed BSE that further to letter dated August 14, 2015 of even number informing that the accumulated losses of the company as at the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2015 exceeds its entire networth. and that the Company will take necessary steps to comply with the legal requirements.
Subsequently after adoption and approval of annual accounts as at March 31, 2015 by the shareholders at the 52nd Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2015. the Company has filed a Reference in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act 1985 to the Board for Industry & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR); New Delhi, for determination of the measures on 20th November 2015 vide letter dated 18/11/2015. |
