| Exchange Disseminated Time | | HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ Rs. 2/- (20 %) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, in addition to three interim dividend already paid, for the financial year 2010-11. The dividend on Equity Shares, if approved by the shareholders at the 23rd Annual General Meeting, will be paid to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on July 29, 2011. |
