| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier letter dated July 13, 2015 regarding intimation of Board Meeting, Excel Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting which is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2015 has now been re-scheduled and will be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
In view of the above, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by designated persons now will remain closed with effect from July 22, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results. |
