| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/10/2016 14:59:02 | KRBL Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of KRBL Limited is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) and half year ended September 30, 2016, and the same shall be subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company with immediate effect and the said window shall be open 48 hours after the same is made public.
