| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/01/2017 12:35:06 | With reference to the earlier letter dated December 30, 2016, Timken India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on February 07, 2017 has been re-scheduled on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, the trading window as informed earlier is closed from January 01, 2017 and will remain closed for the above purpose till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended December 31, 2016 to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the above meeting. |
