| Exchange Received Time 09/08/2017 15:07:02 Exchange Disseminated Time 09/08/2017 15:07:07 Time Taken 00:00:05 | We refer to our earlier letter No.SECT/BFUL/LA-33 dated August 2, 2017 in connection with holding of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 12, 2017 to approve and take on record the standalone unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2017 as reviewed by the Audit Committee.
As per circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with regard to implementation of Ind-AS by Listed Entities, a time limit upto 14th September is given for publishing quarterly results for the quarter ending June 30, to the Companies implementing Ind-AS during the first year.
Accordingly, the Company has decided to postpone the Board Meeting scheduled on August 12, 2017, for approving reviewed financial results of the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
The Company will announce new date of Board Meeting for approving financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (compliant with Ind-AS), separately. |
