The quarterly Results shall be submitted for a "Limited Review "by statutory Auditor of the Company.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company would remain closed for the designated employees and connected persons covered under the said code of the Company from August 02, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
