| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and to take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3) of FY 2015-16 and to recommend Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016.
Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect upto the closing hours of February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for considering the Q3 unaudited Results for FY 2015-16. |
