| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from January 25, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of proposed conversion of 20 lacs Convertible Warrants allotted on August 08, 2014 and declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, the same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company. |
