| Exchange Received Time 08/08/2017 14:21:12 Exchange Disseminated Time 08/08/2017 14:21:21 Time Taken 00:00:09 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate you that the Board at its Meeting held today i.e. August 8, 2017 approved the appointment of Mr Rajiv Sonalker (DIN: 07900178) as an Additional and Whole-time Director on the Board of the Company for a term of 2 (two) years effective August 8, 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
Mr Sonalker is also a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He has over 28 years' of experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Engineering sectors. Prior to joining Abbott India, he worked with Bristol-Myers Squibb as Director - Finance, Voltas Ltd, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi - Aventis in India and Germany. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr Sonalker does not hold any shares in the Company and not related to any of the Board Directors of the Company.
