| Exchange Disseminated Time | Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2013-14.
In above connection, it is also informed that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Company’s internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2014 to May 29, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
