| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding holding of Annual General Meeting on September 14, 2012, Genesys International Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 10, 2012 have decided to postpone the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company to September 28, 2012 on account of certain unavoidable exigencies and the consequent administrative inconvenience.
However, the book closure period would remain same i.e. from September 08, 2012 to September 14, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
Subsequently, the Dividend on Equity Shares, if approved, at the Annual General Meeting will be credited/dispatched on or before October 08, 2012. |
