This closure of the Trading Window occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of 'Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 30th, 2017 to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2017. All the insiders and their immediate relatives are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 23rd, 2017 to June 2nd, 2017(both days inclusive).
