| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/09/2016 18:26:02 | Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Bank, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from September 26, 2016 upto two trading days after the date of declaration of the Q2 Financial Results, for Bank’s employees / Directors / Promoters and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly. |
