| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding convening of the Tenth Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank at 10.30 A.M on June 14, 2013 at Appasaheb Joag Hall , Bank of Maharashtra, Lokmangal, 1501 Shivajinagar, Pune 411 005, and also informing that dividend, if declared will be despatched/paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, Bank of Maharashtra has now informed BSE that if dividend is declared, the despatch of dividend warrants/ECS credit would commence from July 01, 2013.
