This is to inform you that the Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, as issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India vide notification no. G. S. R. 111(E) dated February 16, 2015, are applicable to the Company (w.e.f Financial Year 2017-18).
In terms of the relaxation provided by the SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016, the Company intends to submit the un-audited financial results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2017 on or before December 14, 2017. |
