1. To consider & approve appointment of Mr. Rushabh P. Satra, Additional Director of the Company, as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and Whole-Time Director w.e.f. October 27, 2016 and to decide terms and conditions of the said appointment.
2. In terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 25, 2016 to November 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
