- To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) along with Limited Review Report by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended as on December 31, 2016;
Further, the trading window in respect of the Companies securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on February 04, 2017 and shall be open after forty-eight hours from conclusion of the board meeting. |
