However a company may, in case of fourth quarter ending March 31 of any year, may not publish the quarterly results if the company declares that it would be publishing the audited results for the year ending March 31 within 3 months of the end of the quarter. The company has decided to use the alternative way for the publication of audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 and publish the audited results within 3 months of the expiry of the quarter i.e March 31, 2006. |
