1. Appointment of Mrs. Satyawati Parashar as Non-executive Independent (Woman Director) was considered.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Vaswani as Managing Director, Mr. Pramod Vaswani as Whole-time Director. Mr. Yashwant Vaswani as Whole-time Director and Mr. Sanjay Jadwani, Non-executive Independent Director was considered.
3. The Board has not recommended any dividend on Equity Shares of the Company. |
