The Board of Directors had further appointed Mr. Sachin Manseta, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer for the process of Postal Ballot.
The cut off date for receipt of Notice of the Postal Ballot and reckoning the Voting Rights of such Members has been decided to be of August 10, 2012. |
