| Exchange Disseminated Time | Accel Transmatic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, have taken the following decisions :
1. To designate Mr. K. R. Chandrasekaran as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from July 01, 2014.
2. Mr. A. Mohan Rao retires by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, Mr. A. Mohan Rao has indicated that he does not seek re-election and will not be reappointed a Director of the Company and will cease to be a Director at the close of business hours on the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
