| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine month ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Morarjee Textiles Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider” covered under the said code will be closed from February 03. 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
