| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, along with the statement of assets and liabilities as on that date.
Further, as per the revised Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from May 17, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
