| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/10/2016 19:46:14 | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 alongwith note of the Limited Review Report for the said period and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for a period of seven days prior to Board Meeting for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from October 21, 2016 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
