| Exchange Disseminated Time | Globus Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2013 have appointed Mr. Rajesh Sehgal as an Additional Director of the Company.
Mr. Rajesh Sehgal is a Senior Executive Director and Head of Private equity - South Asia, Middle East and Africa with the Templeton Asset Management Group. Mr. Sehgal earned his MBA in business management with specialization in finance and marketing from XLRI (India) and a B.S. with specialization in physics. He received his CFA charter in 2005. Prior to joining Templeton, Mr. Sehgal worked with SBI Capital Markets Limited as the manager of the Treasury & Investments Group.
Mr. Sehgal does not hold any equity shares in the Company. |
