| Exchange Disseminated Time | Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Recommended a dividend of Re. 0.60 (Sixty Paise) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; and
2. Approved issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis for the operations of the Company. |
